Refund & Returns Policy

Change of Mind Returns We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original condition. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

To initiate a return, please contact us before sending any items back.

12 Month Warranty All parts sold by Mikes Mercs come with a 12-month warranty against defects. If a part develops a fault within this period, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Warranty claims do not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
